Amazake Ice Cream

Who said that you cannot have ice cream without ANY added sugar?!
Ingredients
7 oz Amazake (The concentrated version is recommended)
1 Egg yolk
3 oz Heavy cream
(Add your favorite flavor? Sesame, chocolate, strawberry, matcha, etc....)Mix all ingredients well with a hand immersion blender.
Freeze the mixture in a freezer.
Mix the mixture every one hour during freezing until it became solid.
