This nutrient-rich drink originating from Japan dates back more than 1300 years. It is called "AMAZAKE". Our rice-koji amazake is a fermented sweet rice drink made using three simple ingredients: organic white or sprouted brown rice, rice-koji, and water. Through its natural sweetness and smoothie like texture, your cravings for a treat will be satisfied. In Japan, amazake is also known as “DRINKABLE IV”, due to its diverse array of nutrition including vitamin B2, B5, B6, folic acid, ferulic acid, dietary fiber, and many more! It is very high in enzymes and prebiotics that assist with absorbing and digesting nutrients in your gut.

Each day in our small cozy kitchen, we dedicate the time required to follow the traditional practice of naturally slow fermenting the rice with rice-koji. We take pride in handcrafting each bottle with care, choosing glass jars as an effort toward sustainability.
